Data Deletion Instructions
How to request deletion
Email info@onlineautomarket.de with the subject “Autikor Parts data deletion request”. Include the email address or WhatsApp number used for your request and, if available, the Autikor request number. Do not send identity documents unless we specifically request them.
Verification and completion
We may ask for limited additional information to verify that the request relates to you. After verification, we will delete or irreversibly anonymise eligible personal data and confirm completion, normally within one month.
Legal retention
Some information may be retained where required by tax, commercial, accounting or legal-claims obligations. Such data will be restricted to those purposes and deleted after the applicable retention period expires.
WhatsApp and Meta data
This request covers data controlled by OAM Online Auto Market GmbH. Data independently controlled by WhatsApp or Meta must also be managed through the privacy and account tools provided by those services.
