Terms of Use
1. Provider and scope
Autikor Parts is a parts-sourcing service provided by OAM Online Auto Market GmbH. These terms apply to the use of the request portal. Separate terms stated in an individual quotation or contract take precedence.
2. Requests and quotations
A submitted request is not an order. Availability, condition, compatibility, delivery time and price remain subject to supplier verification. A quotation is non-binding unless it is expressly identified as binding. A contract is formed only after explicit acceptance in accordance with the quotation.
3. Information supplied by users
You must provide accurate VIN, OEM number, vehicle and contact information and may upload only content you are entitled to share. The final compatibility check remains dependent on complete and correct vehicle information.
4. Used parts
Used parts may show age- and use-related wear. Photographs and condition descriptions form part of the relevant quotation. Any warranty, return, shipping, customs or payment conditions will be stated in the individual offer or mandatory law.
5. Liability and availability
We do not guarantee continuous portal availability or that a requested part can be sourced. Liability is governed by applicable law; mandatory liability, including for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health, remains unaffected.
6. Applicable law
German law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer protections where applicable. If the user is a merchant, legal entity under public law or special fund under public law, the agreed place of jurisdiction is the registered office of OAM Online Auto Market GmbH.
